Eat This Not That !

The fast food and chain restaurants are a major player in America's obesity crisis. Some of them provide nutritional information for their products. Others spend millions of dollars to lobby against government initiatives that would force these restaurants to provide nutritional information for the consumers. David Zinczenko, editor-in-chief of Men's Health magazine and Matt Goulding, food and nutrition editor of Men's Health magazine have provided us an illustrated guide to thousands of foods along with nutritional secrets for you to make the smartest choice every time.

I have been in the Health and Fitness industry for over seven years. Nutrition is a key component of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I continue to research various readings on proper nutrition and strive to understand the science behind proper nutrition.

I am recommending these books for one reason - to help those adults and children choose the correct foods within these fast food and chain restaurants. Time can be a big factor in hindering a person's diet. If you are going to eat in these places or pick up quick snacks for the kids, you can still find a way to eat smarter. There are five books to this series as of today. Each book is dedicated to the reality of everyday living: weight loss, restaurants, type of foods here in America, supermarkets, and kids. Each book costs $20.00. $100.00 total is not a lot when it comes down to living healthy. I have provided a link to learning more about these books! You can also pick them up at your local grocery store.
