Stand Up to Cancer!

On Friday September 10, 2010, many national and cable networks held a televised fund-raiser for cancer research. Stand up to Cancer's mission is to accelerate groundbreaking cancer research that will get new therapies to patients quickly and save lives. SU2C's goal is to bring together the best and the brightest in the cancer community, encouraging collaboration instead of competition. Last year, Stand up to Cancer received over 100 million dollars in donations.

The odds of getting cancer in your life time: 1 out of 2 men and 1 out of 3 women. You can still donate to this cause. Its time for our generation to get involved.
